The Story Behind
We created Saigon 6 to be a small piece of Vietnam, Our goal is to honor some of the rich flavors that you might find there, while also making it more accessible for people to discover the joy of Vietnamese cuisine. Everyday, we are still striving to create the perfect blend of Seattle and Saigon. Our ultimate goal is to create a comfortable where we can all share in these authentic flavors and enjoy our dining experience.

Our Dream
We had a wide, inviting image of a space in mind. Luckily with the help of launionstudio.com we were able to make that a reality.
Soft Opening
What we needed most in our starting month was feedback. We held a monthlong 'Soft Opening' of our restaurant to prepare our amazing staff, and and gain valuable feedback to help improve our quality.
Where We Are Now
We held our official Grand Opening on the second week of May! With our opening, we have introduced more than 20 new menu items, and a full non-alcoholic cocktail section. Our next goal is to implement a Happy Hour very soon! Please continue supporting us, because that is how we have come this far! Thank you.
